Stimulation?

Do you rely on caffeine and/or processed sugar to kick start your day or even to boost your vivacity when it runs low? Many do. It certainly provides an instantaneous energy that makes us feel alive and ready to embrace any challenge that comes our way. But it is unsustainable energy since the stimulation of the adrenal glands is short-lived and is soon followed by energy ‘crash’ that translates into fatigue – prompting the body to crave more stimulants.

Conversely, sustainable energy comes from natural whole foods, which not only supply our life force with their richness in essential nutrients, but are kind to each and every organ in our body, meaning there is no need for stimulation to feel bouncy!

What is
Raw?

We intrinsically regard Raw as being all plant-based, void of unnecessary processing, additives, preservatives, and refined sugar. Most significantly, the temperature used for preparation is kept low – not surpassing 47 C (118 F) to preserve the vibrancy of enzymes and nutrients, which empower and regenerate every cell in the body.

At InwaЯd, we deploy dehydration methods for the sake of nutritional value and the sacred liveliness of ingredients.

Living Body

A living body is that which vitality naturally flows through. When we honor this whole vital energy in a sensitive manner, not only does our body survive but, it thrives.

Now how is this pursued?

Sustaining our body system with foods that are in their most natural state, enzymatically-active, nutritive, and supportive of good digestion is one important way to honor our vitality inside and out. These are plant-based foods that burst with Life, aka living.

Fresh fruits and veggies are great examples, but other foods such as nuts, seeds, legumes, and pseudo grains can be fueled with more vital force through soaking, sprouting, and fermentation methods. These will in turn enhance their enzymatic activity, their inherent characteristics, as well as provide beneficial microorganisms, all in favor of higher nutrition and gentler assimilation.
